Sam was great. There were two other units for sale in my building; with her pricing strategy, I got an offer three days after listing. Fast and furious was the best way to explain our experience. Sam attracted qualified buyers ready to buy and positioned our condo and building to the buyer’s team as the best home for them. Regardless of the ‘rumors’ of our buildings problems, Sam made this a non-issue, because she understood the qualities of the building and condo were greater in the long term investment for the buyer. Sam is a very busy person but she would respond via text quickly and efficiently. Sam also secured a top notch photographer that showcased our home beautifully, I was proud to have my home listed as the photographer created a glamorous (still shots & video) look, that represented our home exactly as it looked in person. The images were the best I have seen, I looked around at other sites and my home photos were high-end magazine quality! The sale of our home was painless, just a tad nerve racking on my part and as I said before so quick. I would recommend Sam to my friends in the same building or in other homes around Chicago. Sam always had our best interest at heart and soothed my nervous along the way. I have not bought and sold many homes so I would get nervous about what is normal to Sam, but let me tell you, I’d do it again if Sam was handling my listing. Sam surrounds herself with the best experts in their field, i.e. legal council, photographer, all purpose handyman, etc. and this made our overall experience not only seamless but pain free of headaches and heartaches. My experience with Dream Town was fantastic. Sam was responsive to every question. She made a point of telling me part of her job was education and not to apologize for asking a lot of questions. If it had not been for Sam and her creative thinking, we would have lost the house that was perfect for us.

We chose Sam because she was an lgbt agent. She seemed capable and we did end up selling our home. This being said, unfortunately Sam was not accessible by phone and when we were able to connect she would defer to the real estate lawyer. We were buying a home in Denver and the contrast between our agents was astounding. The Denver agent made us feel like he was earning his money. Sam made us feel like we were a bother. This may or may not be accepted as constructive criticism but I hope it is taken this way. Sam is smart and capable but needs to work on her customer service after signing with a client. My house went on the market on a Friday and 22 showings and 6 offers later it sold in 5 days! Sam was attentive and professional and did everything she could so that my house went viral!. Sam was a great communicator and helpful partner in the process. My critical feedback is to have Sam be more available for in-person showings and such. There were many visits where we would have preferred to have someone on our team in-person with the prospect buyer. Would recommend working with Sam to anyone and would consider working with Sam again should our real estate needs come up.

All in all pretty good in spite of some hick-ups in the first offer we got. This also was a bad time to sell, but it did get sold on the second offer.
